What is Nutrition?

Nutrition is the process by which an organism collects nutrients, enhances the body through digestion and absorption, assimilation and excretion, replenishes decay, and converts static energy into usable energy. It keeps our bodies healthy and strong. This process means extracting nutrients from the environment which is essential for our body to keep it fit and healthy. Nutrition provides our body with an essential ingredient such as Vitamin, Mineral salt, Glucose, fructose, sucrose, etc.  Which gives energy to our body, helps to grow, and depletion, and also prevents diseases.

The human body collects its essential nutrition from plants or animals. Plant nutrition enters into the human body by eating fruits, leaps, or other parts of the trees or plants. Different types of nutrition come from plants such as mineral salt, zinc, iron, Glucose, fructose, gelatos, etc. Animal nutrition enters by eating meats, eggs, fish, Milk, etc. Carbohydrates, protein, sugars, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water, etc. nutrients enter into the human body from animal nutrition.

Nutrition is very important for our survival, without it we cannot survive. We need it to keep our physical activity going. We need it for our body to grow, develop talent and prevent disease. It also keeps us healthy. So we need to eat that food which carries nutrient materials. A balanced diet that carries all kinds of nutrients. So it is important to have a balanced diet in our daily diet. We should eat less rice or bread, fruits, vegetables, milk, fish, meat or pulses, oil, butter or sweets every day. When any part of our body goes, the nutrients help to stop the bleeding of the wound site and heal the wound.

 

Nutrition Problems and its Solution

Problem: 

You have to face different kinds of problems for poor nutrition. You will lose your physical energy, face mental health problems and also you will be sick. There are different types of disease which are occurred for poor nutrition. Such as Goiter, night blindness, rickets, anemia, etc. For poor nutrition, blood pressure can be high, the tooth can be decay, being overweight can be occurred. Not only have this poor nutrition also caused heart disease and stroke, type-2 diabetics, some cancer, and also many problems like these.

Solutions:

For solving poor nutrition problems you have to be

      Eating a balanced diet.

      Drinking fresh and clean water.

      Avoiding polluted places.

      Eating healthy food.

      Do not eat more once and eat again and again.

There have many organizations which work for nutrition such as The American Society for Nutrition (ASN), WHO, UNICEF.

For a healthy life, we need to ensure the right amount of nutrition in our daily diet.
